How big is the opening? The opening is approximately 60" circumference. It's generously sized to fit most body types comfortably!
What are the weight of the Snees? Our blankets range in weight from 2-6lbs depending on style.
How quickly do you ship? We aim to ship within 5 business days, unless we are out of stock and offering pre-orders. All orders ship from Chicago, IL. Currently all orders are shipping the first week of December. **Please note- once an order is in "shipped status" the address cannot be updated or changed. We cannot cancel an order that is fulfilled that has an incorrect address.
Do you offer free shipping? We do! All Bundles & orders over $100 ship free with priority shipping.
Washing: We recommend washing all Snees in a cold gentle cycle with mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softener). Tumble dry low to medium heat.
Returns? We accept returns of unopened, unused Snees within 10 days of delivery. Any returns beyond the 10 day window, we will happily offer store credit or an exchange! We charge a $5 restocking fee, and the refunded amount will be less the amount of all shipping costs associated with the order. Please email us with your order number, and we'd be happy to help! **We are not liable for stolen or missing packages that are marked as delivered**
